Subscription and Cancellation Policy

One-month free trial

Eligible new builder accounts may receive a one-month free trial. Eligibility and trial limits must be shown before signup.

Renewal

Payment begins after the trial unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial ends. Renewal price, billing period and billing date must be clear before purchase.

Cancellation

Users should be able to cancel using the method explained at signup and in account settings once available.

Access after cancellation

Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise or required by law.
