You must not use the Services for unlawful purposes, upload malicious software, interfere with the platform, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt unauthorised access to any system.
6. Fair Use
Builders App may apply reasonable usage limits to AI requests, uploads, storage and other resources to protect the stability and security of the Services.
7. AI Services
Builders App uses AI to assist with room scanning, floor plans, material estimation and project analysis. AI outputs are provided as assistance only and should always be independently verified before being relied upon.
8. Room Scanning
Room scans depend on the quality of the uploaded data, supported devices and surrounding conditions. Users are responsible for checking the accuracy of all scans.
9. Floor Plans
Automatically generated floor plans are provided for convenience and should not be treated as certified architectural drawings unless independently verified.
10. Measurement Accuracy
Measurements are estimates generated from available data. Builders App does not guarantee absolute accuracy, and users remain responsible for confirming measurements before construction or purchasing decisions.
11. Damage, Scope and Project Analysis
Any damage notes, project analysis, repair scope, quantities or recommendations generated through the Services are provided for planning support only. Users remain responsible for inspecting the site, checking the facts and obtaining professional advice where needed.
12. Project Reports and Documentation
Reports, PDFs, floor plans, photographs, project notes and documentation generated through the Services are intended to support project administration and communication. They should not be treated as certified professional documents unless independently reviewed and approved by a suitably qualified person.
13. Supplier Comparison
Builders App may display supplier pricing, availability and product information obtained from third parties. Prices, stock levels and delivery times may change without notice. Builders App does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party information or act as the seller of those products unless expressly stated.
14. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes, cost estimates and project calculations generated through the Services are provided for planning purposes only. Users should independently verify all figures before entering into contracts or purchasing materials.
15. Marketplace and Future Services
If Builders App introduces a marketplace connecting customers with contractors or suppliers, Builders App will act solely as a platform unless stated otherwise. Contracts for goods or services will exist directly between the parties involved.
16. Payments
Subscription fees and other charges must be paid in accordance with your selected plan. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
17. Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their account where available.
18. Refunds

All software, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, AI models and related content remain the property of Builders App or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to users.
20. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Builders App a licence to host, process and display that content as necessary to operate and improve the Services.
21. Data Ownership
Builders App processes project data to provide the Services. Unless otherwise agreed, users retain ownership of their uploaded project files and content.
22. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party providers. Builders App is not responsible for the content, availability or performance of third-party services.
23. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Builders App disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability where exclusion would be unlawful.
24. Suspension and Termination
Builders App may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, fraudulent activity is suspected or continued access presents a security or legal risk.
